Repeat prescriptions are computerised and the re-order slip is on the right-hand side of your prescription. You are able to order your repeat medication by handing your slip in to reception.
You can also order your repeat prescriptions online by going to www.patient.co.uk and logging in with your details.
If you have not yet registered for online prescriptions and appointments please ask in surgery for details or see our Do It Online Page for any assistance. You will need to present with some photo ID (Passport/driving license) if you wish to register.
You are welcome to e-mail us your prescription requests, the prescribing hub e-mail address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow two WORKING days before collection from the surgery and three working days if you order from a pharmacy.
If you require an urgent prescription please do not e-mail us your request or place it in the box, instead present at reception to go through the urgent request protocol. Same day prescriptions will have to go to one of the late opening pharmacies as we cannot guarantee what time they will be signed off by the GP.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year for a review. A notification for this should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
