Online Appointments

Important Changes to Appointments Online

From the 31st January 2017 the practice will be changing the system used to book appointments online.

We will be using EMIS Patient Access which some of you may be familiar with for requesting your prescriptions online.

If you are already signed up to Patient access your existing login will cover both of these services and there is nothing further you need to do.

If you do not use Patient Access but use the existing appointments online you will need to come into the surgery to collect a letter with your new log on details to register with Patient Access for this service.

They may be a short period of time when online appointment requesting is unavailable while we change over and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Repeat Prescriptions

There are four dispensing chemists in Nailsea.

Tower House Pharmacy, Nailsea and some local supermarkets have late dispensing facilities. Please see the signs displayed at each chemist, or ask at Reception for details. Please note the pharmacy at Tesco, Clevedon & Tower House Pharmacy , Nailsea have long hours but are not available 24 hours a day.

If your Doctor decides that you need a regular supply of medicine they will set up a repeat prescription. With your prescription you will be given a re-order slip to keep until you need further supplies. On the re-order slip you are asked to state which chemist you wish to use on each occasion.

When you need further supplies please hand or send the re-order slip in to reception and allow 2 working days before collecting from the surgery.  Alternatively if you wish to pick up your prescription from a local chemist, please allow 3 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Otherwise please use the re-order slip provided or if you have lost it, a form is available at reception.

You may fax a request to us on 01275 866711 or you may email a repeat prescription using the link at the top of this page
